Athena is not only the pastry chef, but you can also catch her overseeing the floor as the general manager at The Preacher’s Daughter. With over a decade of experience in the Bay Area, Athena has also made her mark with Bacchus Management Group’s renowned establishments, including Spruce, The Village Pub, The Village Bakery, as well as Pomet. Her commitment to excellence and passion for the culinary arts continue to shine through in every role she undertakes.

Meet Chef Miguel 👋
Miguel enrolled in UAV’s culinary program in 2015. He went on to work at Phillip Frankland Lee’s restaurant Scratch Bar & Kitchen where it set the tone for his culinary career.
Working in different kitchen environments, Miguel unearthed his own style and technique, which led to his stint at Chicago’s three-star Alinea; since then Miguel has returned to California working at different restaurants and consulting as well.
